Book Work
In typographical work a distinction is made between light and heavy work. Book work
is the term for the latter. In practice the light work is done in the city where
catalogues, visiting cards, etc. are printed while book texts are printed in larger
plants. The ink used in book work is usually more resinous than the one used for
light work.[* ink,
typography].
