The history of Fabriano's papermill
Fabriano is de oldest papermill in Europe (13th century) and also the inventor of the watermark. In the italian mill different papers are made; drawing paper, bank paper, printing paper and paper for graphic arts. Most paper is mould made, but hand made paper is also available.

Made with qualitatively high-level raw material (60% Cotton, 40% cellulose). Rosaspina is a mould made paper and suitable for all printmaking techniques (etching, lithography and silk-screening). The watermark runs parallel to the two larger sides of the sheet and reproduces the Fabriano trademark and logo.
