These inks come from "overstock" Peter van Ginkel. As you can see they are still in good condition. We opened one of the cans, where the tape around the cap was loose. Just to find out what the quality of the ink inside was. Surprisingly good. Like the picture below shows; the ink is covered by a plastic seal, to avoid evaporation of the binders. On top of the seal, 3 layers of cardboard. And the cap is sealed off with tape. These cans are sold, without guarantee for a price of 7,50 Euro each (excl. VAT)
If the consistency needs to be changed, printmakers know how to add the appropriate plate oil / litho varnish
