Barniz Grabado bola negro duro Charbonnel, Lamour.
Es ligeramente menos duro que el barniz en bola Charbonnel. Envuelta en un pedazo de tafetan que sirve de filtro, la bola de este barniz se frota sobre el metal calentado previamente. Se debe actuar dando leves golpes con el barniz a fin de igualar la superficie y despues ahumar. El aspecto negro obtenido hace muy visible el trabajo del punzon.

Before applying these grounds, it is imperative that all grease be removed from the plate.
